Raj is a professional real estate agent. He and his team helped me buying my dreamland. There is no pressure. I told him all my requirements upfront; I also told him my unique situation. It took some time to find the specific land, but he did not rush me. He made sure to go through the contract document what we are going to sign. Rajnikanth is very good realtor, he has extensive experience in negotiating with builders. He’s very kind with his clients and always supportive and also clarifies the questions we have. He gives valuable suggestions (like sewer, radon, home inspection etc) for home buyers.
