As they say, every story has its own Beginning and Mine is no different albeit ruled by tremendous passion to absorb the intricacies of real estate business.
I have been in colorado for the last 15 years. Came here for Masters at University of Denver and been here since then. I am the only one in our group of friends bestowed with the good fortune of having my Educational/Professional as well as Personal life in Colorado without moving to any other state and shall, therefore, have the proud privilege of calling myself a NATIVE of colorado.

My first Step as a Real Estate Agent started way back in India when I was just 19 years old. I helped a couple of clients to identify and own their Dream home by assisting them all the way from choosing the right location, negotiating affordable price and finally closing the deal to their best satisfaction. I did this out of sheer curiosity to help people and not for material gains. For sure, the bright smile on the faces of these clients ignited my hitherto dormant interest in the real estate matters which ultimately turned into a burning passion.
Fast forward I came to US In 2008 and been here since then. I recently got my Green Card and getting ready for the BIG AMERICAN DREAM.
During the past 10 years where ever I travelled I have taken the opportunity to meet local real estate agents and gathered information on how they serve their clients. I had also interacted with customers and heard their Good and Bad Stories.
Unfortunately, in case of most of the realtors the enthusiasm shown in attracting the clients often fades while presenting a detailed analysis of the project, thus leaving the customers on their own to do research on core issues. Therefore, while I tread the path of real estate business me and my team first commitment would be to make my clients rid of the avoidable stress and happily/smoothly close the deal.

My Job doesn’t end after you sign the contract, It just starts from there and goes beyond until you peacefully settle in your Dream House.
